(June 11, 2018 Chino, CA) INDA, Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry has just awarded Hero Wipes(R) FIRE their prestigious 2018 World of Wipes Innovation Award(R) in Chicago during their conference last week.  Hero Wipes FIRE is the first decontamination wipe for firefighters to receive this prestigious award, which recognizes and rewards innovation within the entire wipes value chain that utilizes non-woven fabric/technology in a way that expands the usage of nonwovens. Hero Wipes FIRE was recognized because of its focus on and proven success in removing cancer-causing carcinogens from the vulnerable skin of firefighters.

According to Eve Yen, Founder and CEO of Diamond Wipes International, which owns Hero Wipes FIRE, “In my 24 years of making wipe products, I’ve rarely worked on something as meaningful as Hero Wipes.
