Hero Wipes is looking for captivating & authentic short videos about real people with a real passion for decontamination. Hero Wipes products were developed specifically to remove harmful carcinogens and heavy metals that accumulate on skin and surfaces during a fire and other daily activities. Whether you are decontaminating after a fire, smoking some ribs on the barbe’, practicing your shot at the shooting range or just changing your car’s oil, there's a reason for you to proper decontaminate after these activities. Share a short clip of your activities using Hero Wipes for the chance to win cash prizes. All winners will also have the chance for their short film to appear on our website.

Video Requirements:

1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who sign up at
the http://eepurl.com/daVg5L and who are 18 as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only
open to legal residents of United States of America, and is void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Diamond Wipes, Int’l, Inc. (“Sponsor” and manufacturer of Hero Wipes), its
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the
“Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of
Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all
applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally
bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility
requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Hero Wipes as final and binding
as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
3. Campaign Period: The online entry form must be submitted no later than January 24th, 2020
at 11:59 pm PST. Video entry (the “Submission) must be received no later than February 14th,
2020 at 11:59 pm PST.
4. How to Enter: The first step in entering the Campaign is completing the entry form using the
online form provided at http://eepurl.com/daVg5L. No more than 200 entrants will be randomly
selected to receive a promo code via email that allows you to order one product containing 20
Hero Wipes packets at no charge. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as
specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules
or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hero Wipes. The deadline to
complete this step is January 24th, 2020 at 11:59 pm PST. You may enter only once. You must
provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using

multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use
fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be
removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Hero Wipes.

Once you receive the Hero Wipes product, create a video (the “Submission) that best
demonstrates how you use Hero Wipes. Videos can be submitted in the contest through email
or posted on Instagram. Email submission: Email the video to team@myherowipes.com during
the Submission Period.
Instagram submission: Upload your video to your Instagram account with the hashtag
“#MyHeroWipesContest (the “Hashtag) during the Submission Period. Once you upload your
Submission to your Instagram account using the Hashtag, you receive one (1) Submission into
the Contest. Your Submission must include the Hashtag in order to be eligible. Your Instagram
account must be set to permit public viewing of your photos in order for Sponsor to receive your
Submission. By using the Hashtag in connection with your Instagram post, you are
acknowledging and agreeing that Sponsor has the right to stream your post through the
Instagram API or otherwise use your post as set forth in its online Terms of Service, located at
http:// https://www.myherowipes.com/pages/terms-of-service. The deadline to submit your video
submission is February 14th , 2020 at 11:59 pm PST. The Submission must meet the following
“Submission Requirements”

Submission requirements:
 Videos must be less than 120 seconds (2 minutes) long.
 Hero Wipes product must be featured.
 Videos will be judged on creativity, visual and audio appeal, and on how well the video
tells your story.
 Videos must only include video footage. Slideshows with music do not meet this
requirement.
 Videos must be appropriate for all audiences (no profanity or mature content). Videos
must not include images that are obscene, pornographic, libelous or otherwise
objectionable. Any entry featuring a Submission that, in Sponsor's good faith judgment,
violates the Submission Requirements will be disqualified.
 Your video must comply with all relevant copyright and intellectual property laws except
where permitted under fair use. Do not use any materials (both audio or visual) that you
do not have the rights to use.
 Appropriate safety gear must be worn.
 No branded clothes.
 Additional people should not appear in your video due to privacy concerns. If you are
filming in public, please be considerate of others.

5. Prizes: One (1) First Place Winner; one (1) 2nd Place Winner; and one (1) 3rd Place Winner
will be selected. The Winners of the Campaign (the “Winners”) will receive the following: $500
for First Place; $300 for Second Place; and $100 for Third Place. The specifics of the prize shall
be solely determined by Hero Wipes. No other prize substitution shall be permitted except
at Hero Wipes’ discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses,
including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole
responsibility of the Winners. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others by
Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Hero Wipes to use each
Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further
compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winners Selection and Notification: : On or about March 2nd, 2020, a panel of judges
selected by Sponsor (the “Judging Panel”) will select up three (3) Winners from all eligible video
Submissions received during the Promotion Period based upon the following criteria: Execution
of Theme (e.g., best demonstrating use of Hero Wipes) (40%), (30%) for Creativity & Originality,
(30%) for Photographic Quality (collectively, the “Judging Criteria”). The three (3) Winners will
be announced on the @myherowipes Instagram Account on or about March 02, 2020 and
notified by using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no
liability for any Winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential Winner
for any reason. If a potential Winner does not respond within the time required by Sponsor, or if
the notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to any potential Winner, such potential
Winner will forfeit his or her potential prize and an alternate Winner may be selected. If any
potential Winner is found to be ineligible or if he or she has not complied with these Official
Rules or declines the prize for any reason, such potential Winner will be disqualified and
another Submission may be selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is
conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT HERO WIPES’ SOLE
DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE
CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering the video content, You understand and agree that Hero
Wipes, Diamond Wipes, anyone acting on behalf of Diamond Wipes, and Diamond Wipes’
licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print,
publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in
perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice,
likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news,
publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any
further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, You represent and
warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s
proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property
right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hero Wipes. If the content of
your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary
rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims.
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hero Wipes from and against any suit,
proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Hero Wipes may incur,
suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any
third party’s right.
9. Terms & Conditions: Hero Wipes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud,
or other cause beyond Hero Wipes’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, Hero Wipes may select the Winner
from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Hero
Wipes. Hero Wipes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who
tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or
website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Hero Wipes has the right, in its sole discretion, to
maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to:
multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same
computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or
other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any
website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal
and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Hero Wipes reserves the right to seek damages to
the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Hero Wipes,
Diamond Wipes, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners,
representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any
liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or
indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the
Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion
thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any
computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the
unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv)
unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic
or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF the United States of
America AND the state of California, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW
DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and
all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or
connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such
dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby
waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable
attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with
entering this Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or
increased.
12. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on

13. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail
your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Hero Wipes 4651 Schaefer
Ave., Chino, CA 91710. Requests must be received no later than six (6) weeks after the end of
the Campaign period.
14. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Campaign is Hero Wipes 4651 Schaefer Ave., Chino, CA
91710.
15. The Campaign hosted by Hero Wipes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by,
or associated with Facebook and/or Instagram.
